Hi! We’re two young professionals renting out a bedroom in a very spacious 3br, 2 ½ bath in East Palo Alto. The house is located in University Square, a calm suburban neighborhood within walking distance of Ikea, Target, Home Depot, and many other shopping/dining options! All common areas are already furnished (you would only have to furnish your bedroom). We would like somebody that can commit to a minimum two month lease and move in by July 5, 2018.

Sadly, our roommate is moving in with a close friend, so you’d be taking over our roommate’s lease through September 5, with the option to renew the lease if you’d like!

• friendly (we don’t have to be friends but we do have to get along well as housemates)
• takes care of common areas (maintaining furniture, appliances, TV in good condition)
• committed to pitching in to keep the common areas consistently clean (vacuuming, cleaning kitchen, taking out the trash, cleaning floors)
• a dog-lover! We have a labradoodle named Bodie! He is a fluffy ball of love, is non-shedding, and he is fully potty-trained. We don’t expect our roommate to help with the dog, but if you’re a dog lover and would like to help, great!
