Our home is located in a quiet part of Los Altos/Cupertino, right next to the Rancho San Antonio Open Preserve. 5 minutes from highways 280 and 85, Trader Joe's, Subway, and Rite-Aid. 15 minute drive to downtown Mountain View, 20 minute drive to Stanford University and 15 minute drive to San Jose.

The house:
You'll be sharing the house with 6 other roommates, who are all young professionals, aged 24-30, in the Bay area:

• a 28 year-old male, post-doc in biophysics at Stanford
• a 27 year-old female, sales director for a startup in Redwood City
• a 27 year-old female, HR manager for a hype ride-sharing company in San Francisco
• a 25 year-old male, video marketing specialist for a cool electric car company in Palo Alto
• a 25 year-old female, bio lab specialist working at Stanford medical
• a 25 year-old female, research specialist at Stanford

We are very social and love to do things together (movie nights, dinners, weekend breakfast/brunch, various sports, et); We are looking for someone who will fit in our little community!

Rooms in the house:

• Dining room - where we work on and eat family dinners.
• Meditation room - very well lit, tons of sunlight, couch and bean bag chairs and a desk
• Living room - attached to kitchen. Home stereo system surround sound connected to entire house. 42-inch HDTV.
• Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen
  the Outdoors - Pool with hot tub and professional gardening (all included in rent). Outdoor built-in bbq.
• Internet/technology- Comcast BOAST 150mb speed. Wi-Fi to the pool area and outdoors. Comcast cable TV with HBO

The Bedroom comes with:

• large bedroom with lots of natural light + amazing pool view + private entry
• sizable closet just outside the room
• bathroom is shared with two other housemates

Rent is $1500/month plus a $1020 security deposit with move-in on March 1st and the lease continues through November 30th, 2017.

Professional gardening and pool care included in price. Utilities + maid service not included (typically about $75/month).
