Hello! We're seeking one new housemate to join our 3 BR/2.5 BA home in Palo Alto beginning July 1 for a 1 year minimum lease. The location is incredible, 2 minutes from downtown California Ave. (lots of restaurants, groceries etc) and 3 minutes walk to the California Ave Cal-Train Station.

You'll share the bathroom with one other male person (and there's an extra bathroom downstairs, but no shower). The current roommates are a 33 year old male Stanford Grad turned entrepreneur and a 32 year old female professional who has lived in South Africa for much of the last few years. Both have extensively traveled internationally, are clean, chill, and easy to get along with.

We're looking for somebody 25 - 38 who's very chill, tidy, easy to talk to and get along with and has experience in living with other housemates previously. If you've lived internationally, that's a plus as well! Utilities + expenses will be shared equally and usually are an extra $100 per month per person. (so monthly total will be around $1100 or so).
