• You’d be living with 2 unobtrusive, male-identifying, recent Stanford grads with their own bedrooms/bathrooms.
• Spacious backyard with a deck, firepit, and large gazebo — great for throwing darties/having friends over!
• Quiet neighborhood good for walking/running/biking.
• Plenty of street parking.
• Chill landlord.

Room is available at/right before the start of Spring quarter (March 20th), so it’s perfect if you’re taking a LOA/graduating early.
Both video and in-person tours are available upon request.
You’ll be taking over my lease until it expires on June 30th — you’re welcome to renew it then if you
wanna stay for longer.
