The House

5 bed, 3 bath, 2 stories.
First story has hardwood floor with a kitchen (with dishwasher and two fridges), dining room, living room (with a baby grand piano), old sun room converted into extra living space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and garage (with washer/dryer).
Second story has carpeted floor with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small shared balcony.
A connected front and back yard, completely fenced in.
Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with quick access to Highway 101 and with a grocery store, a library, coffee shops, and parks all in walking distance.
One roommate has a German Shepherd (~4yrs old, male).

Your Bedroom

Unfurnished 14X16 ft upstairs room with a large 6X11 ft walk-in closet big enough to fit all your clothes, shoes, cabbage patch kids, cadavers, etc. etc.
You would share a two-sink bathroom with one other person.
Available September 1st.

The Rent

$1350+utilities per month.
One month's deposit required + $30 buy-in for shared furniture.

The Roommates

3 males, 1 female.
Ages 25-30.
We work in law, tech (x2), and writing in the South Bay.
We're all friends and enjoy board games, lawn games, video games, bad TV, good movies, happy hours, hiking, surfing, photography, and traveling.

We're Looking for Someone Who

Is cleanly and responsible.
Is just one person. No pets, couples, or families please.
Is comfortable around dogs. You would be living with the German Shepherd. His name is Seigfried!
