We have an 110 sq ft bedroom in a 3 bed/ 2 bath house available for move in on or before April 1st. The house is located in Palo Alto's beautiful Barron Park neighborhood, only a few minutes by bike from Stanford VA, and a 2–3 mile bike ride away from Stanford.
The house has fully furnished common areas, a nice patio with a BBQ grill, a vegetable garden, a large, open-plan kitchen and plenty of storage in the garage and attic.
The bedroom features hardwood floors and a small walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared with two other housemates.
Your housemates would be two couples (researchers at Stanford and Genentech, a classical pianist and a cabinet maker), as well as a friendly indoor-outdoor cat. You would need to be ok with piano practice during the day. We are looking for another professional or Stanford postdoc/graduate student who is considerate, friendly and clean. We will consider another couple––but please note that due to its size the room may be better suited for one individual.
The rent is $1250 + ~$60–100/person for utilities. First month's rent + $1200 deposit will be required at the time of signing the lease.
