One of our housemates is moving to the big city for their new job!

So we're looking for someone to take his place. Great room with a walk in closet. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

You would be living with two young professional males in their 20s who both work full time. I work for a real estate group in menlo park and the other housemate works in venture capital. We're both clean and respectful. Room is available to anyone, male or female, doesn't matter. The house rules are pretty lax, only thing we care about is being respectful of each other and cleaning up after yourself.

We would like a 6 month lease at $1,200 but will do month-month for $1,300.

The room is for one person at $1,200 or $1,350 for a couple, having occasional friends over is fine.

The washer and dryer is located in the apartment. You would have full kitchen privileges. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask!

The location is great (cross streets are Madrone and Center), 10 minutes from Stanford (our former housemate just finished grad school) and walking or biking distance to downtown Redwood City, and the Redwood City or Atherton Cal Train.
