This place is awesome, and I’m stoked to be able to share it! Long-time housemate is moving in with his fiancee, and his room will be available starting September 1, 2017.
This is a standalone house on Pilot’s Row in the Presidio - you’re less than 400m from the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounded by grass, trees, and views of the water.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, front awning, back yard, basement, and garage. Compared to every other place I’ve lived in the Bay Area, it’s huge!
Pilot’s Row is a cluster of houses with a community feel. We know our neighbors well, play with their dogs, and hang out in the backyard. The area is super safe, and we’ve never had issues with break-ins or sketchy behavior.
About the Housemates
I’m Clayton - graduated in '12 and have been living in the Bay ever since. I work downtown in the travel space (Hotwire) as product manager. In my spare time, I stay active and do a lot of rock climbing, slacklining and other sports, and I cook as often as time permits. On the weekends I like to find new events and shows, and you generally won’t find me at a bar in the Marina. Facebook, LinkedIn
Other roommate is Austin, who is a recent transplant to the Bay from Denver. He works in education as a college prep tutor, and he spends his free time reading and researching American history and exploring San Francisco.
We’re both in our late twenties, but we’re open to all ages.
