In May, I moved out of a four-bedroom home in EPA to be closer to the city. It turns out that another room is opening up, and I was asked to do a favor in case anyone in the Stanford community (visiting or no) would be interested. It is super cheap for the area: $755/month + shared utilities. It is just off University and, if you're a biker, its close enough to have a straight shot to the oval in a little over 20 min. The house was mixed gender when I left, so there's really no restrictions as far as that's concerned. I've included some pics below.
