Easy access to Redwood City Caltrain, Stanford is 15 minute drive, 30 minute bike. You will share a bath with one of us.

We are two PhD students in the business school. We are quiet, clean and respectful, we each do various athletic activities (I play sand volleyball), and we work a lot. Occasionally we have BBQs.

Rent is $1,400 per month. The rent includes all utilities, as well as electricity, high speed internet connection, and cable. Available 3/26/2016, seeking month-to-month renter (you would have the option to take over the lease after 3 months).

One caveat: Right now the bedroom is outfitted with a twin bed. This could be upgraded to a full, but it would require some (minor) handy-work.
