Here are some details about the room/apartment:

PRICE
• Monthly: $1690 base rent + $72 flat rate utilities (water/sewage/trash/internet) + PGandE (split 3 ways)
• One time: $50.25 application fee (through Avalon when joining lease)

• Move-in: Aug 25 (or at least move-in by Aug 30)
• 1 year lease
