Condo is on 2nd floor and has living room, dining room, laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen and sunny balcony. There is a community pool (June-Oct) and garden-courtyard. Room for rent is a furnished bedroom w/ full-size bed and end table, closet w/built-in dresser, plus free-standing dresser, and comes with linens/pillows/blanket/comforter/bath towels.
Looking for male or female, long or short-term, who values a peaceful, harmonious living environment, non-smoking, has a sense of humor, enjoys good conversation and a quality place to call home.
Condo is located in Palo Alto neighborhood, 3.7 miles to Stanford campus, medical and shopping center, 3.4 miles to downtown Palo Alto Palo Alto StationCalTrain. Location is great for Silicon Valley commuters: close to Highway 101, 3.5 miles to Google and 4 miles to Facebook and Linked-In.
Rent is $1300 per month and includes util/Wifi; Deposit is one month's rent plus $150 cleaning deposit.
