Water is included and gas+electric is ~$30/month. In unit heating and A/C. Must be willing to take over your portion of security deposit ($750). Would be sharing apartment with male recent college graduate working full time in Palo Alto. Apartment is newly renovated (June 2019) with brand new hardwood floors, kitchen appliances, and kitchen surfaces. Apartment complex includes coin washer and dryer and has a pool. There is 1 reserved parking spot for the unit plus additional resident off street parking and plentiful street parking.

Kitchen and common spaces fully furnished! Bedroom furnished for an additional $220. Has my former bed, mattress, and dressers.
