The apartment: Two-story 3 bedroom apartment with a large furnished living room, kitchen, and outdoor garden area, a 3 minute walk to University Avenue and 5-10 minute walk to Caltrain. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one master, and two with a shared bathroom). The neighborhood is quiet, right next to a park, and gives easy access to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, Caltrain station, etc.

Timeline: We're looking for someone to join a year-long lease starting on Aug 1st.

The room: There are currently two openings in the apartment. The two rooms with a shared bathroom will be about $1450 / mo. There is also a possibility of renting out the master bedroom (with its own bathroom) for a bit higher rent.
