The apartment: Two-story 3 bedroom apartment with a large furnished living room, kitchen, an outdoor garden area, a 3 minute walk to University Avenue and the center of downtown Palo Alto, and 5-10 minute walk to Caltrain.
We have lots of common space on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The neighborhood is quiet, right next to a park, and gives easy access to downtown Palo Alto, Stanford, Caltrain station, etc.

The room: It is a mid-sized bedroom with a big window. It shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. The rent is $1475/mo.

Timeline: I'm looking for someone to sign a year-long lease starting on Aug 1st. A July 1st start date might also be possible.
