My bedroom is available from Dec 18, 2017 to Jan 9, 2018 on Stanford campus, Escondido South.
The room is in a very nice and recently renovated 3 bd appartment, and most of the roomates will out during this period.
All utilities are included as well as free laundry and internet access.
