We are looking for a housemate to join our first-floor apartment on Montecito Ave in Mountain View (20 minute drive from campus, I commute by bike which takes about 30 minutes each way).

The unfurnished bedroom features an entire wall of closet space, and a large private window overlooking greenery.

The rent is a steal! Our apartment includes a large patio with a garden plot, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and large living room+common area. There is coin-operated laundry on-site, just a few steps away. A parking spot comes with the room.

No credit check or security deposit is required, month-to-month lease, 420 friendly, couples welcome, 21+ preferred.
Emotional support pets are allowed, we own a Chihuahua mix named Esme.

The bedroom is available starting Oct. 1, but there's flexibility if you'd like to move-in later in the month.
