Just a 15 minute walk to Cal campus, 10 minutes to Downtown Berkeley, 5 minutes to North Berkeley Bart and Trader Joe's, and right next to a bus stop (lines going to campus, Marina, SF, etc). This apartment is ideal for cooks: a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a gas stove. Living room is also large and can take extra furniture. Have a car? We have a parking space for a small fee.

The room is available to sublet for short term or until November 15. I will probably renew the lease at that time if you would like to stay long term. Ideally would like someone who can move May 1, but I'm flexible.
