The room has hardwood floors, 2 closets, and an unused room adjacent to master bedroom (between living room and master bedroom) which would be perfect for private work from home space, floor to ceiling windows/sliding door, and is furnished with a bed, papasan chair and footstool, two floor lamps, a heater/fan, nightstand, and a tall bookshelf. There is plenty of additional space for furniture within the bedroom, such as a sofa, desk etc.

The common spaces and bedroom are furnished, includes washer and dryer, TV with chromecast, fully supplied kitchen with designated storage space, lots of natural light. Housemates are all Stanford affiliates, very friendly, considerate, and responsible! Enjoy spending time together when schedules align and time allows (ski trip, dinners, etc.). The bathroom is shared with one other housemate. There is also another bedroom that will be available to lease in the upcoming month, if you and a friend are looking for a house together.

Rent includes parking space on driveway, and the property includes an orange tree, backyard/patio area, and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Bike to Stanford in 15 min, along designated bike routes (such as Bryant St., Park Blvd). Walk to Grocery Outlet, Mitchell Park, near Safeway, centrally located and near highways, caltrain, etc.

Monthly rent is $1565, internet and utilities are additional (total under 100 ea. month).
