Bike for commute (including bike rack, basket, and u-lock) $350

2013 Electra Verse 24D 17" (It will fit for someone between 5'5" and 5'10".)

Used for about 6 months. Didn't ride it a lot. It's fairly new.
I bought a used rack and a basket, and installed them myself.
