Room Available in Menlo Park house after 6/14.

The House:
3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a shared kitchen and living room, Wifi provided, garage storage, in-house laundry, and very large fenced backyard. Currently you would sharing the house with 3 roommates: a couple who share the room next to yours and would share the front bathroom with you, and a third roommate who is the main renter and rents the back master bedroom. You would also share the house with 3 furry friends: 2 dogs and 1 cat. Located just off Willow Road immediately East of the 101, this house is a 15 minute drive or 30 minute bike to campus, a 10 minute drive to Target, IKEA, and Home Depot, and a 5 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) to Facebook.

The Room:
Bright bedroom approximately 10' by 15' with a very deep closet. Two windows let in a lot of light throughout the day. The room can come with a queen mattress, bedding, several lamps, and a nightstand if you want. The room does not have any ceiling lights but is lit sufficiently with two lamps (one tall freestanding lamp, and one tabletop lamp). No pets (unless the can be kept exclusively in your room), no smoking inside. Shared bathroom with adjacent room.

Rent is $1200 a month and does not include utilities. Utilities are split among all house members and are currently about $75 a month.

Long-term renters (9-12 months) are preferred. Female preferred.
