CA Remote Employment Attorney Position Available - Ottinger Employment Lawyers

This is a full-time remote role for a CA Employment Attorney. The Employment Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with employment litigation, such as conducting legal research, preparing and filing motions, attending hearings and depositions, and appearing in court. The attorney must have a working knowledge of the Federal and California Rules of CA Civil Procedure. Also having two or more years of experience in Employment Law is needed.
