I'm subletting my single room in a 4 bedroom house off of California Avenue in Palo Alto for $1500 (all inclusive) starting in mid-August and ending in mid-September.

The room is private and will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and book shelf.

The house has a full kitchen, in-house laundry, a projector-based entertainment system, a large living room with lots of seating, and a back patio.

Location-wise, you'll be steps away from California Avenue staples such as Joanie's Cafe, The Counter, Starbucks, Palo Alto Sol, etc.

I'm flexible on move-in and move-out dates.
