You will have 1 room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Belmont, 15 minute walk to the Caltrain station there. Bedroom is 10ft x 13ft, shared bathroom. $1637 is your share of the rent on the apartment, does not include internet or utilities which will be split separately. Move in end of Sept to mid Nov 2026. Please include the timeline for how long you plan to rent, longer timelines will be preferred (e.g. would prefer someone here for at least a year just a quarter).
