campus staff looking for temp private housing near campus ($1200-1500)

Hi! 26, male, graduated '17, and recent full-time hire on campus, and currently looking for housing near campus for 3-4 months before moving in San Mateo / San Francisco direction.

SUPost Tinder Bio: I'm an artist and I love people immensely (almost to a fault), but also a little socially anxious and prefer private/individual living over communal. Spend most of my time out of the house, whether working, gigging, or sound engineering. Very low maintenance: small wardrobe and only own two keyboards. Not dependent on cooking, don't own pets.

From Chicago, so used to moving around via bus and train. Would prefer to be a few blocks walking distance to bus or train to get to campus (job is at the end of the Marguerite P Line). Should mention that I'm black and majored in cultural studies, so not seeking to live with people who are have allergies to melanin or soft-R's.
