About me: I'm a postdoc at Stanford/SLAC working in astrophysics (29, he/him). I cook most nights, run and swim, keep a few plants, and shoot film. Pretty low-key at home — happy to share a meal or give each other space, whichever you're in the mood for.
The one thing I'll be upfront about: I like the place clean. Dishes done same-day, counters wiped after cooking, shared spaces tidy. If that sounds like your default, we'll get along great.
Heads up that I may move out in a couple of months — my landlord's fine with the apartment carrying on, so it's ideal if you'd want to stay after I go.
Lease ranges are flexible (lease goes month-to-month).
Just a couple notes: it's a 2 story building, and this apartment is on the second floor. It can sometimes be a bit of a noisy street and downstairs neighbors have a dog that is loud sometimes. Air conditioning is also in need of repair, but so far no issues with temperature over the past year anyways.
