1-bedroom mid-rise apartments for graduate student couples like ours have the best cost-benefit ratio from all of on-campus accommodation possibilities. Furthermore, the entire building has been redecorated recently. Additional advantages of this apartment in comparison to other apartments in the same building are: windows face south-east (more light), it's on the middle (5th) floor so nobody can look into your flat from the street, yet it is not a top floor, so it's not too hot. It's facing the green garden side and not the parking lot side. It's super calm. My partner and I tried to decorate it nicely to give it a warm touch without crowding it with our stuff and souvenirs. We'll try to put most of our private stuff in the storage room. If however you'd like to use keyboard or loudspeakers, we could provide that, but we'll probably ask for a deposit, just in case (as a professional musician, I can't risk loosing my equipment). We don't smoke, so if you do, we'd ask you to smoke on the balcony only. The kitchen is well equipped (great stove, sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, water cooker, mixer, blender, pots, plates…). The bathroom is small and decent, but luckily part of our flat and not shared with other apartments. The bedroom has a confortable bed for a couple and a working desk (in addition to the one in the living room). We can also provide you an inflatable mattress, should you have a guest for a night. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on the provided email address. Looking forward to hearing from you!
