My roommates and I are looking for a fourth who is a male. We live in a 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment. So this opening would be a one room double (as in, 2 people - one room). Sharing a room might sound like a drag, but the cost and perks waaay more than make up for it.

For instance, we live within walking distance of the Menlo Park CalTrain, are real close to the Safeway, and have good access to Santa Cruz Ave - think the University Ave. of Menlo Park - it's a sweet spot with restaurants, cafes and the like. Also, we're close to Stanford's campus.

And if that's not enough, we live in a really nice area - like if you've never seen a mansion before you can take a walk to the end of our street ;-).

The best part of this all - rent goes for $560 per month (and that's with utilities included). Yeah, that's right, $560 per month, no typo.
