If you are someone who values community and getting along with your roommates, we'd love to get to know you! Our house spends time together and we enjoy having friends and family over. We're looking for someone who is interested in doing the same. Don't worry if you are new to the area--we will make you feel right at home! All the housemates are young, working professionals.

The room is spacious and has great natural light! Cost of rent is $1,440. Lease terms are 6 months, 3-month optional for $50 more.
