Chinese Teaching Assistant, $30/hr

We're opening up a Chinese class on or near campus starting from September this year and are looking for a teaching assistant. The class is both for teaching and research. Students are elementary and/or middle school learners.

Time: Each Saturday afternoon

Requirements:

• native speaker;
• Stanford students or affiliates (graduate students preferred);
• kids-friendly and speak standard Mandarin
• You don't need to prepare lessons by yourself, but just need to be in the class to support teaching whenever needed

Payment: $25-30/hr depending on background and experience

You will learn the cutting-edge language teaching methodology, curriculum design and tech support from the most experienced teachings in our classes.
