I am moving out of my apartment in the middle of May and would like to find the ideal person to take over my lease until the end of July. My leasing office offers lease takeover. At the end of July, you'd then have the option to renew the lease.

About the apartment:
-it's conveniently located halfway between Stanford and San Francisco

• it's located on a man-made lake in Foster City
  -rent is $1425/month
  -it's 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (you have your own bathroom!)
  -it's conveniently close to Safeway and other shopping, Caltrain, Milbrae BART, Highway 101, the Third Ave bridge to get over to the East Bay, and SFO
  -it's very easy to get to Stanford or San Francisco
  -the apartment has easy access to the man-made lake
  -Foster City is a clean, safe neighborhood
  -washer/dryer on site
  -there is a pool on site- perfect for the summertime

I live with one other guy who would be staying. He's clean and works in tech, so you'd rarely see him.

The unfurnished bedroom would go from the middle of May to the end of July. You then would have the option of renewing the lease. Being on a lease from May to July offers flexibility should that be a thing you're looking for!
