-Literally a 10 second walk to California Ave

Housemates:
-Male medical/MBA student in mid 20s
-Male PhD in Engineering in mid 20s
-Both have their own rooms

The room:
-Queen-size bed with linens
-Closet space
-Large Corner Desk
-Small TV or Monitor Available for Use

Bathroom:
-A half bath designated for you
-Share a shower with one other housemate in a different full bath

Kitchen:
-Fully furnished kitchen
-Dishwasher is available for use

Laundry:
-In-house washer and dryer available

Other amenities:
-Central heating
-Plenty of street parking
