The unit is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, right next to Cameron Park, and mere minutes from Stanford campus. Your room will share a bathroom and can come furnished if requested. The rest of the house will already be furnished (not pictured). You will have access to the common areas of the house, including the living room, dining room, garage/storage area, outdoor patio, and a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Wifi, cable, and water are all included.

The room, along with the rest of the house, has wood-flooring throughout. There is plenty of closet space for you to use, and a bed and desk can be provided if requested. The room gets plenty of natural light, and looks directly into the park.

$1800 Security Deposit, 6 months or more preferred, but allowing month-to-month at a higher rate. Landlord covers water, garbage, and landscaping. Remaining utilities (electric, gas, sewer) will be split. There is also a dog that will be living in the unit, no other pets allowed. No smoking. Your housemate is an incoming graduate student at Stanford.
