The ideal roommate needs to be respectful to their surroundings, very clean and organized. It's 5-10 mins to shopping centers, banks, University and freeway entrance. Everything is very close and bike-able. A car is not essential. Parking is plenty in front of the house. Place is available now. Rent is 1075.0 per month.
