Room leads directly into the bathroom shared with me, older professional woman.
There is no access to the rest of the house--so no housemates--it is a self-contained, cozy, well-lit room leading into the yard.
The room has a microwave and small refrigerator and is good for someone who does not cook.
The room has cross windows and is adequately furnished, sheets and quilt provided.
Because this is a rental and not a bed-breakfast or hotel, renters provide their own supplies (toilet paper, towels, etc.)
The house is in a quiet neighborhood, rather rural in feel, with a garden and surrounded by huge trees.

There is a Starbucks, Laundromat, and small mall with gym, restaurants, ATM, hairdresser, bagel shop etc. two blocks away
