No access to the rest of the house. Thus, no housemates to bump into.
However, the room has a microwave, small freezer, and small refrigerator--and is therefore great for someone who does not need a kitchen.
Room is well-lit, adequately furnished with a twin bed, cross-windows, door opens to the outdoors, great for summer sitting,
Two blocks away is an upscale shopping mall with Starbucks, grocery store, laundry, bagel shop, restaurant, bank, gym, Chinese restaurant, etc. A clean Laundromat is just two short walking blocks away.
