These are the highlights--privacy and solitude in a garden setting in a quiet neighborhood.

No access to the rest of the house. Thus, no housemates to bump into.
However, the room has a microwave, small freezer, and small refrigerator--and is therefore great for someone who does not need a kitchen.
Room is well-lit, adequately furnished with a twin bed, table, chair, dresser.
Room has cross-windows. The door opens to the outdoors and great for summer sitting.

Two blocks away is an upscale shopping mall with Starbucks, grocery store, laundry, bagel shop, restaurant, bank, gym, etc. A clean Laundromat is just two short walking blocks away.

Bus stop right outside the house going to Stanford.

WiFi and utilities are $25 in the summer and $50 in the winter
First and last month’s rent, plus one month's deposit.
