These are the highlights--privacy and solitude in a garden setting in a quiet safe neighborhood.

No access to the rest of the house. Thus, no housemates to bump into.
However, the room has a microwave, small freezer, and small refrigerator--and is therefore great for someone who does not cook.
Room is well-lit, adequately furnished with a twin bed, cross-windows, door opens to the outdoors and great for summer sitting.

Two blocks away is an upscale shopping mall with Starbucks, grocery store, laundry, bagel shop, restaurant, bank, gym, etc. A clean Laundromat is just two short walking blocks away.
Parking in front of the house.
Bus stop right outside the house going to Stanford.

WiFi and utilities included
First and last month’s rent.
