Downtown Palo Alto July 20 - Aug 29 Sublease

I am subletting my room in downtown Palo Alto for July 20-August 29. My two roommates are both women 3rd and 4th year Stanford PhD students and a cat.

The location is more than ideal. It is across the street from Johnson Park, a short 3 mins walk from University Ave, 9 mins walk from Palo Alto Caltrain Station, and a 10 mins bike ride to the Stanford Engineering Quad.

Photos are attached in the google doc. If you are interested I can give a virtual tour. The kitchen is spacious with modern appliances, the living room is large and has lots of windows, and the bathroom is very nice and will be shared with one of the roommates. There is also in-unit laundry.

Rent is $2500 (utilities included) July 20 - August 29.
