A room is opening up in mid-September in our place in Redwood City, and we're looking to meet folks who might be interested.

The house is located 1/4 mile from Caltrain station, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and coffee shops, as well as special events put on by the city in the square. The building is a 2-story, 3BR/2.5Ba townhouse - upstairs consists of the master bed and two smaller bedrooms (one of which would be yours), each with access out onto a large second-story balcony and a shared bathroom down the hall. Downstairs is the common area, with a furnished living room, well-stocked kitchen, and dining area which opens up onto a back patio with table & grill.

There's a two-car garage, though since the two of us have cars we'd have to either rotate street parking (of which there is plenty) or we'll work it out as an add-on to rent.

About us: John is a 6th year PhD in engineering at Stanford, with interests in BBQs, board games, backpacking, biking & soccer. Jenna is recent graduate of Berkeley Law School, working mostly with new startups. We're both fairly low key, but like to keep the place reasonably tidy.
