East Palo Alto/Palo Alto Sublet (Bikeable)- July 10 - August 10 $930

I’m subleasing my spot in East Palo Alto/Palo Alto (it's right next on the border). It's right off of Uni. Ave. It's 1 BR in a 4BR apartment with a shared bathroom with 1 other roommate (roommates are not Stanford affiliated and are quiet and kind, but mostly keep to themselves).

Looking for $930 for the month, this incldues a parking spot, but does not include utilities or wifi (~$80). There's no AC in the apartment, but my room has a personal AC that works pretty well.
