Name says it all...the official instructor's manual (ie solutions manual) for the 2nd edition of "Discrete-Time Signal Processing" by Alan Oppenheim. Great study tool for EE students taking the quals or any DSP/signal processing course.

Haven't checked, but I'm fairly certain that the problems are the same as those appearing in the 3rd edition of the text, since the problems in the 2nd edition were essentially the same as those in the 1st edition too.
