Hey there!!

Spacious room for rent in our emerald hills mansion with super cool room mates (3 gents & 3 gals.) You would share a bathroom with 2 other people (both of which are very clean) We have some awesome amenities at the mansion including: a large outdoor pool and hot tub, plenty of outdoor space and deck, orange trees, in house laundry, AC and heater, fully equipped kitchen, multiple fridges and of course a bar and game room!!

We are all in our mid 20’s to early 30’s and are super friendly with various backgrounds and jobs around the peninsula. Most of us work 9-5’s although our hours are all slightly different.

We are looking for a guy or gal who is clean, kind and respectful, but also likes to hang out and have a little bit of fun as we do throw the occasional house party
