One of our current residents is moving on, opening up the Master bedroom for someone to replace them through the duration of our current lease (through the end of May 2020) with the possibility of signing a new lease for another year! The Master bedroom has its own attached private bathroom with a shower, and a view onto the back garden.This gorgeous home includes a large communal living room (outfitted with a projector for your gaming and tv/movie watching needs), a dining room, a kitchen with all appliances (most under a year old!), a washer and dryer, a fenced, private back garden with a bonus shed for storage. The household values cleanliness as well as sociability, is LGBTQ-welcoming, and 420 friendly. One cat possible. No dogs allowed, per the landlord.

Conveniently located off University Drive, with easy access (1 minute from home!) to 101 North and the 101 South, 2-3 minutes to the Dumbarton Bridge.

We will be welcoming potential applicants to tour the house on weekday evenings after 5:30 pm and on weekends between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm.
