We are looking to sublet one room in our house in Palo Alto. It's a beautiful 4BR, 3BA in a quiet neighborhood in Palo Alto and the upstairs bedroom is available. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious, fully furnished and has its own private bathroom. The subletter would be living with another GSB student and a Stanford undergrad.

The common spaces in the house are awesome - BBQ, Backyard with firepit, Outside entertainment room (Boom Boom Room!), Karaoke machine, Walking distance from University Avenue, Easy access to Highway 101 (airport drive takes 20-25 min), really nice furniture and appliances, lots of street parking

Rent: $2100 / month (potentially negotiable depending on length of sublet)

Timing: The upstairs room is available starting June 20. Sublet end date is flexible
