4BR/2BA house in East Palo Alto about 20 minutes from campus by car and a 30-minute bike ride pretty much straight down University Ave to the main quad. Unfortunately, not much nearby in the way of public transportation.

Average-sized rooms, unfurnished and just large enough for a full-sized bed, a desk, a dresser and has a sliding-door closet. The kitchen's quite spacious with an island and a dishwasher. The backyard's a good size. Comes with a washer-dryer.

You would share the house with three male housemates, aged 22-26 and from different countries. We're a postdoc (chemical engineering), a PhD student (computational linguistics), and a predoctoral research fellow (economics) all at Stanford. No strict rules about kitchen use or overnight guests, so long as we keep the common spaces generally clean and we're not de facto living with a boyfriend/girlfriend. We want to enjoy each other's company!
