Two story 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment (double occupancy) with a downstairs kitchen and living room. The bedroom for rent faces north so stays cool during the summer. I am gone from 6/7 to 9/13 and need someone who can stay for most of those days. Graduate housing eligibility required.
