Escondido Village Studio Summer Sublet, 16 June to 10 September

I am subletting my Escondido Village studio apartment. The apartment comes fully furnished, with TV, a portable AC unit, and cookware. You will need to provide your own sheets. WiFi, laundry, and utilities are free. The apartment has good natural light and is conveniently located next to the laundry room.

Dates: 16 June to 10 September (~3 months)
Monthly rent: $1808 (Stanford rate)
Deposit: $500

Stanford policy: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
