Bright, clean 1-bedroom EV low rise apartment for rent December 17-January 2. Dates are, unfortunately, not flexible (except shorter stays, of course). Includes fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with tub, clean towels, sheets, etc. - perfect for guests or parents visiting for a while for Thanksgiving, or a couple. Accessible, single-level. Huge windows overlook courtyard, beautiful vaulted ceilings. Kitchen includes a dining table, full side-by-side fridge, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee grinder, and all cooking utensils you could probably need. Living room has a couch, the most comfortable overstuffed chair in the world, a desk, lots of lamps. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Clean and cheaper than most hotels around here for a long-term stay. Utilities and internet included. Please note: We will not be cleaning out all of our stuff, but can make room in a few drawers and some space in the closet. (We do have furniture that will remain in the apartment, so if you have a bed, etc., there will probably not be room.)

Asking $800 for the 16 days (significant discount off the $1,692 monthly rent).

We’ll also consider requests for stays longer than 1 week at pro-rated price of $50/day, if you’ll leave the apartment as clean as you found it for the next renter, though someone willing to pay most or all of time preferred.

Rent is due on the day we sign the agreement to rent, to me in cash or via PayPal, and a $500 refundable deposit (by a check that I will shred if there is no damage, or via PayPal).
