I am subletting my room in 3BR APT of Escondido Village from June 15th to Sep15. There is free shuttle stop and place to have meals (GCC) a few steps away. The apartment is only 5 min bike ride to the center of campus.

Rent: $900 per month. Plus $300 deposit. If there is no damage after the subletting period, this deposit will be fully returned.

Included: water, electricity, wifi and furniture (bed chairs table and so on), kitchenware (pots utensil coffee maker and so on).
